Remstone was established in 2000 as a construction and property development company, and from the beginning the LWA team have been their company accountants and personal advisors, evolving alongside Remstone throughout their dramatic growth. Recently undertaking a review on the future business strategy and direction of their construction division, they found that our Managing Director, Les Leavitt’s commercial knowledge, combined with his ability to present ideas in a jargon free fashion helped them to devise a detailed growth plan covering the next 3-5 years. This identified gaps in the current management team, and with Les’ support led them to recruit a Managing Director designate. The entire process was described as “working extremely well” and Remstone are continuing to make further use of Les in developing their finance team and reporting, in order to meet long-term objectives.
